Hurricane Milton Update

Dear ACCET Community,

Unfortunately, we find ourselves preparing for yet another hurricane. As Hurricane Milton approaches Florida, our thoughts are with those of you who may be in its path. First and foremost, we hope that everyone remains safe and can take all necessary precautions.

This is a strong reminder of the importance of having your institution’s emergency preparedness plan ready when needed. If your institution is impacted by this hurricane, please prioritize your safety and follow your emergency protocols, as well as any guidance from local, state, or federal authorities.

We know that ACCET has a strong, supportive community, and we are here to help each other. If you know of a colleague or institution affected by either Hurricane Helene or Hurricane Milton, please reach out to them and see if there’s anything you can do to assist.
