Refund Policy and Procedure Virtual Workshops
The virtual Refund Policy and Procedure Workshop is the online version of the regular accreditation workshop module. It is designed for both new and seasoned staff responsible for refund compliance and covers the intricacies of ACCET Documents 31 and 31.ESL. As with its face-to-face counterpart, this workshop is interactive and hands-on. Active participation is expected.
