Refund Policy and Procedure Virtual Workshops
The Refund Policy and Procedure Virtual Workshop is the new online version of the regular accreditation workshop module, hosted through Zoom Events. It is designed for both new and seasoned staff responsible for refund compliance and covers the intricacies of ACCET Documents 31 and Document 31.ESL. As with its face-to-face counterpart, this workshop is interactive and hands-on. Active participation is expected.
