Conference registration is $695 per person. Click here to register.

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant finds it necessary to cancel their registration, a refund of registration fees, less payment processing fees, will be provided if notice is received by Friday, August 1, 2025. Cancellations made after that date will not result in a refund. Please contact info@accet.org with any questions.

Registration: $45 per person

Join ACCET staff and your colleagues from the ACCET membership for a 90-minute architecture boat tour on the Chicago River. Experience Chicago’s iconic skyline as the tour boat takes you through all three branches of the Chicago River, offering stunning views of landmarks like the Wrigley Building and Willis Tower. Expert guides will share insights on architectural styles from Neoclassical to Postmodern while you enjoy 360° views from the open-air and enclosed decks.

Sessions & Speakers

Keynote Speaker: Lisa Lewis Person

Lisa has dedicated over 24 years to public service in federal roles and currently serves as Vice President of the nation’s largest independent primary care network. Previously, she served as Director of Grant Management at FEMA, leading complex federal grant initiatives. She has also led transformative health IT programs, received prestigious awards from HHS and DHS, and made significant contributions to advancing U.S. healthcare systems and federal government initiatives. Her visionary leadership and commitment to innovation make her an invaluable voice in discussions on accreditation and organizational excellence.

Keynote Speaker: Luyen Chou

Luyen is an award-winning education technologist, innovator, and executive with over 30 years of experience leading technology-driven transformation in education. A pioneer in edtech, he began his career as a high school history teacher, integrating digital tools into learning long before they became mainstream. He began his entrepreneurial career in 1992 with the founding of his first edtech company, LearnTech. He has since founded several nonprofit schools, including The School at Columbia University and Brooklyn Prospect Charter Schools. Chou has held leadership roles at 2U, Trilogy Education, and Pearson, and serves as an advisor and board member for multiple edtech companies. A noted speaker and author on AI in education, he is deeply committed to ensuring equitable and ethical digital readiness for all learners. Chou holds a B.A. from Harvard and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Columbia University Teachers College. 

Monday Afternoon Sessions

Reserve your spot in one of the Monday afternoon sessions during the 2025 ACCET Annual Conference. Each session will take place between 1:30 to 4:30 pm on Monday, August 25. All participants must be registered for the conference. There is no additional fee to participate in these sessions, but registration is required.
