Calls for Comment & Focus Groups
The ACCET Accrediting Commission is seeking feedback on proposed revisions to ACCET Document 2 – Standards for Accreditation and ACCET Document 19.IDL – Instructor Evaluation, as well as the current ACCET Document 28 – Completion and Job Placement Policy.
We encourage you to share your feedback by completing the brief call-for-comment surveys below by October 30, 2026. Your input is valuable in helping ACCET evaluate proposed changes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Response Deadline: October 30, 2026
- Document 2 – Standards for Accreditation
- Proposed changes for the five-year review of Standards, additional revision to Standard I.C.
- Document 19.IDL – Instructor Evaluation
- Proposed revision of content and formatting to more effectively identify unique IDL teaching elements.
- Document 28 – Completion and Job Placement Policy
- No proposed revisions to comment on. Soliciting feedback from the membership regarding the current policy.
Join the Conversation: Focus Groups
In addition to the surveys, ACCET invites you to participate in focus groups to provide feedback on bachelor’s degree programs and proposed revisions to ACCET’s specific-field criteria. These discussions offer an opportunity to share your perspectives, provide input, and help shape future updates to ACCET’s accreditation requirements.
