Hurricane Helene Update

Dear ACCET Community,

Following Hurricane Helene, we want to take a moment to reach out to all of you. While many of our members may not have been directly impacted, we know that some institutions in the affected regions are facing significant challenges.

If your institution has been impacted by the hurricane, we encourage you to follow your emergency preparedness plan as well as any local, state, or federal guidance during this emergency. Your health and security are our primary concerns.

We understand that managing a crisis takes time and resources, and we do not want to add any additional burdens through reporting during this period. However, if you have the capacity, we would appreciate any updates on how you’re doing and how instruction for your students may have been affected.

If there is anything we can do to assist in your recovery process, do not hesitate to reach out. We greatly respect the efforts of our member institutions in these trying times and are here to help however we can.
