Package Details

All packages include admission for one person to the conference. Organizations sending more than one representative may register additional attendees at a discounted rate of $290 per registrant.

Regular Booth: One space in the exhibit hall, including a table and two chairs. 

Listing on Event Website & App: Your organization’s name and logo included in the list of sponsors and exhibitors on the event website and app. 

Listing on Slides During Breaks: Your organization’s name and logo on a slide played during breaks between sessions.

Coffee Break Sponsor: Your organization listed as the sponsor of one coffee break.

Lunch Sponsor: Your organization listed as the sponsor of one lunch.

Reception Sponsor: Your organization listed as the sponsor of the Monday evening reception.

Sponsor Logo on Name Tag: Your organization’s logo printed on conference participant’s name badges.

Booth in Prime Location: Exhibit space in a prime location in the exhibit hall. 

Anniversary Dinner Sponsor: Your organization listed as the sponsor of the Anniversary Dinner.
