Per ACCET Document 11 – Policies and Practices of the Accrediting Commission, notice of a final decision to deny accreditation or withdraw accreditation will be made available to the public by means of the ACCET website within 24 hours of notice to the institution and displayed for a period of 24 months.
Adverse actions may be appealed, as described in ACCET Document 11 – Policies and Practices of the Accrediting Commission. An institution that has appealed a denial or withdrawal of accreditation remains accredited until the appeal is resolved or a final action is taken.
