Refund Policy and Procedure Online Workshops

The Refund Policy and Procedure Workshop is the new online version of the regular accreditation workshop module. It is appropriate for both new and seasoned staff who are responsible for refund compliance, and covers the intricacies of ACCET Documents 31 and Document 31.ESL.  As with its face-to-face counterpart, this workshop is interactive and hands-on. Active participation is expected.

Where? Adobe Connect Web Conference. Instructions will be provided with your confirmation.

Who? This webinar is designed specifically for financial and compliance staff.

How Much? $195.00 per seat.

Conditions: Registration is capped at 18 participants.

  • It is essential that only registered users participate. Each user must have their own web conference access using a PC, Mac, or tablet (tablets require the Adobe Connect Mobile App)
  • Audio will be handled by our conference bridge, using regular phone lines. A phone headset is helpful but not required. Speaker phones are problematic as they can pick up a lot of distracting noise.
