Prior to registering for the Accreditation Workshop, registrants are required to read the Agreement of Understanding  below.  The Inquiry Questionnaire Form and required fee must be submitted before registering and attending a workshop (this does not apply to current ACCET accredited institutions).   To access the Inquiry Questionnaire form, click on the Request For Information navigation bar to your left.  Should you have questions about the Workshop, please contact ACCET.
